Dynamic Warm Air Management Unit (DWAMU)
How Does It Work?
Normal air heaters, whether located at high level or on the floor, will produce heat at 80°C until the thermostat sited 2 metres above the floor is satisfied, reaching 21°C. As hot air rises this means that a great deal of hot air is pumped into the roof space which typically rises in temperature to 35°C before the thermostat switches the heater off.The Dynamic Warm Air Management Unit prevents this from happening by interrupting the heater so that it oscillates between 70 and 80°C. This not only saves energy, it prevents a super-heated roof-space. The Unit will shut the heater off but will continue to blow air over the heat exchanger until it has cooled to 70°C at which time the heater will be re-ignited.
Is My Air Heater Suitable?
The Dynamic Warm Air Management Unit is suitable for most floor-standing and suspended non-ducted air heaters. How Does It Prove What It Is Saving?
The Unit is able to take itself in and out of circuit and in doing so measure the difference in the burn times of the heater. It will then calculate a ‘Savings Report’ which is sent to the customer.Payback tables are calculated for each enquiry and issued as part of the quotation.
